I received so many questions about what we should be eating. Should we eat meat? Should we only eat plants? People saying they feel overwhelmed with information.
I say this all the time and I’ll keep saying it.
Be gentle with yourself.
Wellness is a constant journey . You have seasons.
You’ll take a step forward and then a few back. Then you’ll jump forward again.
You’ll feel inspired . You’ll feel stuck.
You’ll work out. You’ll have a lazy day.
It never has to be all or nothing.
Remember balance.
