Goal Setting and Mindset

Keep it simple.

Let me say that again.

Keep it simple.

Being “healthy” doesn’t mean perfect.

It’s doesn’t mean you don’t have cravings.

It doesn’t mean you don’t have days you don’t feel motivated.

It’s doesn’t mean it has to be complicated either.

Invite yourself to find one goal this week that feels obtainable.

It needs to be measurable.

Here’s mine for this week.

I will drink 8 glasses of water everyday between the hours of 7:30am - 8pm Monday through Friday this week.

Set that one, doable goal.
