Yoga can help. I specialize in helping yogis get started with their practice, and build strong self-care habits.

What’s included in the 3-Day Reset program:


Day 1:

  • A 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals and your current situation. I want to hear from you about your self-care routine, what you’re looking to create, and where you need help being held accountable.

  • A custom 10 pose sequence designed specifically to help bring balance to your body, mind and spirit. Super simple: 10 poses. No excuses not to do them.

Day 2:

  • A 30-minute private Zoom class going through the poses so you know how to practice them by your self.

  • Learn how to clear your energy field to boost your mood, stabilize your energy, and avoid getting sucked into other people’s drama.

  • Guidance and support for incorporating healthy changes into your diet and nutrition, and a plan for how to stick with them via WhatsApp

  • Accountability and feedback and support from me throughout the three days via WhatsApp

Day 3:

  • Attend a gentle group class via Zoom or in Noordhoek.
