Why start a mindful movement practice?

Calms the mind.

Builds stronger bones.

Increases self awareness.

Improves lung capacity.

Increases flexibility.

Lowers stress levels.

Improves your sense of balance.

Because it’s hard. We love to lean into the things that we’re used to. We gravitate towards our comfort zones. It’s hard to lay on your yoga mat and pause. It’s hard to go without a phone or a screen. It’s hard to focus on your inhale and exhale. BUT…you need to give your brain and body permission to slow down. You need to learn how to live in your brain and body at the same time. It’s so worth it ✨
