Yoga Nidra, which you can attend on Zoom on Tuesday evenings or request as an on demand class, increases prana in the body. Here is our class from Tuesday this week. Practice this meditation with the knowledge that you are consciously breathing in prana for your body and then releasing what you no longer need.
