Dark chocolate nutties


Dark chocolate and pumpkin seeds both have a wonderful impact on your body by helping it reduce stress and anxiety. They aren’t just tasty, but beneficial too!


Ingredients:


  • 400g dark chocolate

  • 1 ½ cups sliced almonds

  • ¾ cups pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ tsp sea salt


Instructions:


  1. Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.

  2. Melt your chocolate in the microwave. Heat it in 20 second intervals on medium-high, stirring between until it is all melted and smooth.

  3. Mix in almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and sea salt.

  4. Spoon out a dollop of the mixture and plop it on the parchment paper.

  5. Set aside to cool.
