Dark chocolate nutties

Dark chocolate and pumpkin seeds both have a wonderful impact on your body by helping it reduce stress and anxiety. They aren’t just tasty, but beneficial too!
Ingredients:
400g dark chocolate
1 ½ cups sliced almonds
¾ cups pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
Melt your chocolate in the microwave. Heat it in 20 second intervals on medium-high, stirring between until it is all melted and smooth.
Mix in almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and sea salt.
Spoon out a dollop of the mixture and plop it on the parchment paper.
Set aside to cool.
